What is metal clay and how does it work?
Metal clay is a crafting medium consisting of very small particles of metal mixed with an organic binder and water. Once shaped and dried, it is fired in a kiln or with a torch to burn off the binder, resulting in a solid piece of pure metal.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while international delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of the material, we cannot accept returns on metal clay that has been opened or partially used.
Do I need a kiln to use your products?
While many of our metal clays can be torch-fired, some high-fire alloys require a kiln for proper sintering. Please check the specific product description for the firing requirements of each clay type.
Are your metals ethically sourced?
Yes, we prioritize sourcing silver and copper from recycled origins whenever possible to ensure our alchemical supplies are as sustainable as they are high-quality.
